Grove Hill Tower
Coconut Grove was built in 1996 and was one of the first
boutique condos in the Grove. It has a quiet understated
elegance and is located next to the larger Grovenor House. With
only 77 total residences, 21 floors, and 4 residences per floor,
every unit is situated on a corner and has wraparound terraces.
Since Grove Hill Tower Coconut Grove is smaller in size than the
Grovenor House and Ritz Carlton, it is best suited for someone
